Video uploader not working -> HTTP error

Hey guys, first of all, thank you very much for your great work with the theme and within the forum!
Anyways, since the last update I am experiencing issues with the video uploader. It appears to be broken as I am not able to upload videos anymore. I just receive an HTTP error.
Before the update, it was working. Now I can't even upload videos I've previously uploaded and used.
It doesn't work on Safari or Chrome using MacOs 10.14.4 with everything up to date.

Hi Marius,
I've tried it with several file sizes: 17, 28, 34, and 60 mb — well underneath the mentioned max. of 64 mb.
Are there certain upload restrictions regarding the codec or something similar? All files were mp4 tho, also the already uploaded ones.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
