Hide Mobile Menu Bug?

Hi. Having some trouble removing the top menu bar from mobile version. Have hidden it in the mobile and tablet options but it stays there when viewing on Chrome for Android (and iOS).

Just changed opacity to 0% and it's gone. Found the option by un-ticking 'hide menu for desktop version'.
