Carousel Addon doesn't work

Hi guys,
I tried to create a Carousel on the page of a project. But you don't see the previous and next buttons or the numbers.
In addition, the images do not slide. I have tried with other browsers and uninstalling plugins and nothing.

I've put a code so that when you mouseover the project title a thumbnail photo appears.That makes the carousel not work. Is it not possible to get both?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
