Carousel autoplay speed varies

I have set up a site based on the carousel. Now I see that there is a timer problem. The autoplay speed I wanted is 5000 milliseconds. I run some videos of the exact same duration. But somehow after a couple of rounds the moment shifts where the videos begin. In Chrome (Version 76.0.3809.100 on a mac (10.14.1)) way faster than in Safari (12.0.1 (14606.2.104.1.1)). Question is: is there something I can do to work around it? Maybe there is a problem with the difference between time and frames? Whatever, I'll be thankful if you could fix it.

A simple solution for me would be if all videos in carousel don't loop unless I say so. I haven't hit the checkbox "loop" but they loop now anyway.

Hey Jaro.

Please update the carousel addon and this should be fixed.
I now changed my code so the video that is shown will be played from the beginning.
Also I changed my code so there's no more forced loop. Meaning it will only loop if you have checked "Loop" for the video.

I didn't look at the length of all videos, I think most of them are 5 seconds long, but maybe some of them are 4 seconds also.
