Do you have any third-party plugins installed or CUSTOM JS code? Is it possible to deactivate it for a moment to see if the problem remains?

Do you have everything up-to-date?
Wordpress, Plugins, Laytheme.

Can you post a link to our website?
Then we can have a look and inspect that.

can you update the carousel plugin?
you're using 1.4.6 but please use 1.4.7 instead
