Swiper js missing?

Hi there I have a fresh install today and I have noticed in the inspector I have a 404 on the below javascript - can anyone tell me what it does for the carousel and should this be missing I am using version 1.5.1 Carousel with 2.9.5 theme.

we updated the Carousel plugin and use https://swiperjs.com/.
Can you post a link to our website?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
