Customizing second, third... Menu Bar

hey!
when trying to customize the menu bar for a secord or third menu (via: Customizer - Menu Style - Menu Bar), its only possible to easily edit the bar for the primary menu as it says:
"These options are for a fixed background bar for the primary menu. "

would be awesome to have an easy editing option for the other menus, too.

it is possible to use the CUSTOM CSS.
