White background appears for a moment when I click between pages

My website uses a dark grey background (not black) when I click between my two pages, I get a white background for a couple seconds before it goes to the actual colour. It doesn't happen to the header bar weirdly. This never happened before the update. Any ideas guys?

in the CUSTOMZER you can set the background colour globally.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
