Menubar shows up on Mouseover but shouldn’t

Thanks for your theme.
I am using safari, mozilla and chrome …
Thats the website it’s about: https://buerobuero.euI would like to have the menu bar not showing up on mouseover.
I want the menu bar and the menu points to hide when scrolling down, which is working.
BUT the menu bar does show up on mouseover and I do want the menubar only showing up wenn scrolling up.How to solve the problem?

what do you mean with MOUSEOVER? Mouseover on what?
Is the effect active right now and does not work like you imagine or did you deactivate it?

sure, i will code a setting for this
in the next update, you can disable this checkbox. in lay options:

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
