Image hover below other element not working when cover active (even if the links are not on the cover)

The info say "(This option does not work for texts in a cover.)" but in my case the texts are not in the cover.
When i deactivate the cover, it' ok (it's not parallax option issue).

yea the feature doesnt work at all in any way when the cover feature is enabled.

let me see if i can fix this, im writing it down
