Image Hover is not working

Hi,
I recently installed the image hover add-on ,which worked, but the button for adding/linking a picture is not showing up. So I can see the image hover setting page with all its settings, but when I have text in a project or category there is no way to use to plugin.All plugins, laytheme and PHP are updated, also empty cache. I have the image hover as an addition to the carousel, wich is working.
Do anybody know what the problem could be?

hey, so it seems you're using an outdated version of lay theme that is probably not compatible with the imagehover addon

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
