Error-Messages shown in Frontend+Backend

Hi there,
I've just installed wordpress/Lay-Theme. After activating the Theme the frontend and backend showing various errors.
I've tried to re-install the theme as well as using different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox).

Could we please make sure any third-party plugins are de-activated? do you have any installed currently?
Do you know what PHP version your website is running?
What version of Lay Theme are you installing?
This thread has a very similar issue. The user had to contact the Webhost regarding mod_security or PHP issue:

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
