Image Hover Add on

Hi there,
I tried to use the Image Hover Add-on on the Links on my Projects here:
https://seebelieveproduce.com/When I set the Link and choose an image I cannot save. The Save Button stays greyed out and I am not able to Save the dialogue.
At first I thought this has something to do with the fact that these Links already are Hyperlinks, but it does not Work with Plain text also. Any Idea why this could not work?
Tried different Image sizes and settings but whatever I do I am not able to save the Image Hover Dialogue.Thank you so much.

Could you please confirm the following 🌝
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
