Sticky footer not working after update

The sticky footer doesn't seem to stick anymore after the update. Is this a bug?

Is there a way to set laytheme and all plugins to auto-update? (without an external plugin)

Hmm not sure if this is a good idea. Sometimes there can be breaking changes with updates because I needed to rethink/redo something. So maybe that's not cool.
