Mobile Video Background doesn't play

All of a sudden the background videos don't play anymore on MOBILE, desktop works fine.
It only shows the first frame of the video, but no playback.

I'm pretty sure the error is not on my side because it was playing a few days ago and I haven't changed anything.
Any ideas?

make sure your phone does not have "low power mode" enabled
this prevents videos from playing on phones
