Image hover does not work after custome css

After i implemented some custome css for more specific image hover styles, the laytheme add on "image hover" is not functioning anymore .
Before the custome css, the add on/plugin worked perfectly fine.

-I already deleted the custome css from the custome css controls in the menu.
-And i also deleted and reinstalled the plugin.

Maybe some off yall can help me with that.
