MOBILE VERSION CHOPPED UP | UPDATE NOT POSSIBLE | ACCESS TO MEDIA LIBRARY DENIES

hi there.

i have major issues on matanicola.com and nicolamascia.com since a couple of weeks and have no idea how to fix these.

mobile version shows incorrectly.
text on certain pages is on top of each other and displaced in general although it shows correctly in word press.

i cannot update plugins or laytheme because acces is denied.
also i cannot enter the media library for the same reason.

nicolamascia.com totally disappeared.
site just shows blank white.
i cannot even access the wordpress login anymore.

already contacted strato — they say everything is fine.
but it’s obviously not.

i’d highly appreciate some help.
no idea how to fix this.

2. for the second point, i would ask your webhost what's going on, looks like your wordpress installation doesn't work correctly, maybe your server disk space is full?
   or maybe your site was hacked?

1.: did you do the steps on the right, that say "before you post"?

look, did you ever move your website to a new domain?
it seems like the website tries to access things on another website.

when moving your website or changing your domain name, did you follow this tutorial?

when changing your domain name you actually need to change entries of your old domain name and replace them with the new domain name inside your database
