Carousel addon not working and can’t update

Hey there,
I wasn’t able to save changes in the options page for the Carousel Addon, so I deleted and reinstalled the plugin. But now it's not updating. My carousel .ZIP is a super old version from 2017 or so (that's how long I'm using LayTheme) and all my carousels are broken now…
How can I get the plugin to update?Need help, please!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
