disable cover for phone option not working

The "disable cover for phone" option isn't working. I've tried "turn off all custom code" but that didn't make a difference.

Could you please look into this?

did you do all the steps in the blue box to the right? if yes:

can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

Thanks Armin. I'm a little nervous of emailing that info as my website is extremely important for my work. Is there a more secure way of looking at this or could we set up a screen share session? Thanks, Mark

you can create a new admin user and send it to me, then once im done delete that user or change the password

or maybe just send the website address first without any username and password
