project "update" button not available

Hi there,
I have made a New Project, which has been working as normal for some time. However, now I am unable to select "Update" when I make changes.
This is the case even when I try to duplicate the project and make a new one. It is happening on both Chrome and Safari.
Have I accidentally locked this from changes? Or is this some type of bug that has occurred?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
