if you want to for your page overlay, you can right click the row and choose "browser height for row height"
then set frame top and frame bottom to 0
then right click the text and set a space top
this way you would have a blue box that covers the whole height of the browser
im really glad its a website for a chinese company, because there aren't many lay theme websites for chinese companies

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
