Custom cursor option for hover state instead of hand

Hi Armin,
the custom cursor option in the Customizer is super nice! But when you for example hover over some elements like the filter tags in the Thumbnail Grid, it switches to the default “hand” cursor. Would be great if we could also set a custom cursor for that hover/hand state in the Customizer.

ok i wrote it down.

looking at my code

the custom cursor u set should also be applied to links automatically.
but i didnt use !important,
so probably this rule is overwritten for the filter tags in the Thumbnail Grid

but still, custom cursor for links is a nice idea
