webfonts don't work

Hi there!
When I add fonts (with <link>), it doesn't work. Doesn't appear in the webfont preview once installed, and then the name of the font appear when I want to select it in the text format options, but the text font doesn't change, and the name of the font once selected doesn't stay.

I tried ton install the Fenwick and Active Grotesk fonts from Adobe Fonts.

hey Tessa, okay, can you please send me an email with your website address, WordPress admin panel login username and password, a link to this topic, and the code (meaning the link tag, etc.) that you have that you want to insert into the Webfonts?
