Customization options not applying.

Hi

I recently activated the second website of my pro licence and there is strange thing happening.
Whatever customization option I choose from Appearance>Customize does not apply to the website, just to my browser while I am doing this.

For example:

1. links do not appear as I choose but just blue
2. thumbnail titles appear when I have chosen not to

Even one of the webfonts I am using does not appear correctly.

Is there a way to fix this?

Do you have everything up-to-date?
Wordpress, Plugins, Laytheme.

Hi Marius,

Yes everything is up to date. It turns out it was a plugin installed by the client, WP Faster Cache.
Probably some compatibility issue...?

ah. The Cache Plugins. Yes. They might cause problem.
