one missing project in project index

Hi! I created a project index, but there's always one missing project. The missing one only shows when I click on another project and then go back in my browser to the front page.

Is there a way to fix this? i guess it's a bug, since it sometimes shows up and sometimes doesn't?

in lay options make sure this is disabled
