Fullscreen slider not working in either vertical or horizontal direction

Hi everyone,
I just purchased the fullscreen slider add-on in the hopes that I could have an automatically-scrolling slider for my homepage. Originally I wanted the slider to auto-scroll horizontally, but looks like auto-scroll is available only for vertical scrolling. So I switched to vertical but it's still not working. Any tips here? Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
