That's the website of the update service, they're still offline :/
I can't tell when they're gonna be online again.

But you can delete your theme, download the new theme version from laytheme.com and reinstall it.

do I reinstall it worldpress or my ftp. couldnt find the funktion in worldpress.... thx

You could go to "Appearance" -> "Themes" and delete Lay Theme there. Then you could download the new version from laytheme.com and upload the theme as described in "How to install". All of your settings and content should stay intact.
Don't reinstall wordpress :D
