turn off full screen slider on mobile only

I'm wondering how I can have the full screen slider option deactivate on mobile only. I would like to keep it for my desktop version and disable on mobile. Thanks!

you can activate CUSTOM PHONE LAYOUTS here:

Then you can make a different Layout for the phone.
