No Scroll on Windows 7 Chrome

When going on http://7.sova.io it doesn't/can't scroll on windows 7 with chrome.

Thx, I will take a look at that when I got more time :D
Maybe it has to do with how you use the simple parallax feature? You can try to deactivate that and see if it works then.
I want to code a dedicated feature for lay theme where you have a "cover" with a scroll animation like that, but that will take some time until I have time to code that.
