Phone layout bug

Hi Guys,
My phone grid has a bug and shows up like this sometimes. and even when i refresh, log in and out it doesnt de-bug. It happens randomly. the only way to fix it is to delete pone layout and re-do it. which is very inconvenient for every-time i need to make a change. I took some screenshots for ur references.

Lmk if anyone are experiencing the same thing, or if theres a way to fix this.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
