Image hover when passing (mouse) on text/ links

Hey there!

This is my first time here at the forum and i'm really looking to find how to do the image hover passing on text links.
I'm not that experienced with the code language, specially in java that i do not know nothing and i guess will be the only way for now. I wanted to know if is possible anyone can help me with this.
