SEO tiltle not working

Hello, why doesn't the SEO title appear in the Google search engine? It takes more than a week, and does not appear What is the problem? Thanks!!

Unfortunately we do not deal with Yoast SEO as its known to Clash with Lay Theme especially the Gridder:
