Smart Slider 3 Plugin

Hello,
I would like to implement a slider with exactly this shape:
via Smart Slider 3 Plugin but the shortcode is not working. Every time I type the shortcode into my page I just get a white page instead of the slider.Is there any way I/you can fix this?

As a first step i must ask :)
Are you inserting the code via '+more - Shortcode' ?
Also are you able to post a link to the page in question?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
