Smart Slider 3 Plugin

Hello,

I would like to implement a slider with exactly this shape:
via Smart Slider 3 Plugin but the shortcode is not working. Every time I type the shortcode into my page I just get a white page instead of the slider.

Is there any way I/you can fix this?

Are you inserting the code via '+more - Shortcode' ?
