Lightbox's navigation doesn't work

Hi there!
I have a problem with my Lightbox add-on: the navigation is not working. After I have clicked on the image, the arrow appear but I can't go the next or previous image. And the "Only zoom" option is not activated. Would anyone have a solution?

Thanks for the link, to be sure the correct options for navigation are set in (have to ask):

Lay Options > Lightbox addon >

Also if you could please make sure of the following before proceeding:

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

If this is indeed a bug Tessa will be great to sort out as soon as possible :)

I checked everything, and it was a lay theme update problem! I am sorry I didn't notice that earlier.
