CF7 Contact Form 7 does not send Upload file in Mail after Update

Hey
I am Using contact Form 7 and i have the problem, that the uploaded files of my costumers don´t show up anymore and the Mail that is send to me.
It alwas worked out fine so fare and occured after I updated my Laytheme.Is here anyone with the same problem around or do u have any ideas what this could be?
