customizer preview not working

The preview of the customizer is not working. Is there a way to fix it? I've already tried changing the languages but it doesn't do anything.

Thank you for checking the Troubleshooting page

Moving forwards could we please make sure of the following:

- Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all updated to current versions ?

- Any custom code </> that may interfere is temporarily removed.

- Any third-party plugins are de-activated.
