Switching to phone layout

Hi. I have installed this theme for a client and trying to edit phone layout in it. She purchased the single license with one addon. The gridder from my own website (using the full license) has a button to switch to phone layout on top right corner of the gridder, but my client's does not have it. Is this a problem with the theme, or should she have purchased another addon? Does it relate to addon anyways?

Custom Phone layouts must first be activated within Lay Options, then you should be good to go! 🌝💥

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
