Adding Scroll Snap

Hi!
Just a very quick feature request. I tried to add scroll snap myself but seems to be a bit tricky (I'm also not an expert).
I think it would be a very nice thing to have in Lay Theme!

what is this?

do you mean anchor scroll?

simply create a link with the url #test

and then set an id of "test" to a row or element by right-clicking and "set html class and id"
