Unable to upload video onto Carousel.

I'm having trouble inserting videos into the carousel.
I'm able to add in a placeholder image, but I'm not able to add an MP4.

I can pick an mp4 from my Media Library, but its not set and I'm unable to press "OK".

hey do these steps:

1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
