Unable to Update Add ons (plugins)

Hello, i am working on a New Project with Laytheme. For some Reason i can not update the Add Ons. Laytheme seems to be in the latest Version (Version: 5.2.4). I deactivated everything else. (See Screenshot from the Plugins Page). Because of the old Carousel Add On the Carosuel in the Layout dont appear.
i also reinstalled the Carousel Add On, still not possible to Update.
