Footer issue (showing up twice or loosing elements)

Error 1: Appearance of Footer stacking up itself (twice, three times… after clicking)
For some time now, if clicked on a link within a global footer, the footer appears twice adding itself onto the existing footer by opening the link to the destinated page.After clicking a link within the footer:
Error 2:
For some reason on some pages the footer decides to not show elements within a element grid. Footer is active for pages, categories, projects.
It works fine on projects and categories.Correct version
