overlay menu just disappeared

Hi,
I'm creating a website for a client and I don't know exactly when, but the overlay hamburger stopped showing up and div#lay-overflow is empty.
Both on OS Safari and Windows FFox

If I go to the overlay page for ex. www.page.com/menu everything is ok and the overlay works on all subpages until browser is reloaded.

Nothing was installed at that time, no custom css and js added. No errors in console.
It happened before Nov updates and nothing changed after them.

At the Admin Panel they are, that's the problem.

I have the same problem, since I've updated to newer version of the theme

releasing an update now that fixes this
