Looking for a skilled laytheme designer to help customise my website

Hi, I am an artists agent, I am soon to launch my own agency.
I would like to discuss my website with a skilled designer who can help with the portfolio presentation of my website.
my website in development is www.bondreps.com
My main needs focus on how portfolio carousels are presented. I would like to have the portfolio post pages as justified 'movie reel' thumbnails, which open as carousels (like they do now)
I wonder if this is possible, and if so I am keen to commission the work as soon as possible.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
