Lightbox not working?

Hi there,
we tried to use the lightbox addon on 3 different WordPress installations, but it's not working :( We tested it on different browsers and platforms (Windows and Mac).
Help?

can you check your versions and then go to laykeymanager.com ?
maybe you can download the latest lightbox version and laytheme version there and try those

maybe ur lightbox addon is really outdated and cant be updated anymore
