please go to lay options -> license keys
license keys auto-deactivate if the domain your website is on is not registered to the key.
without a key, some features like news are disabled.
you can go to laykeymanager.com and where it shows your key, next to a domain/website address, click "deactivate" to free up activation(s) for your key,
then use your key on your website in lay options -> license key
and enable your license key there.
