Disable project Cover for mobile

Hello,
I have an issue with the Project cover feature.
I use covers for projects (Options: Cover Options/ Use cover for all Projects is on, Paralax is on and Disable for Phone is on as well.) In Protest I set the first row with a Background image and activate use browser height for row height. -But on my mobile they still show up.
Can I disable that somehow?

That is what I did. I click that option but its still showing in Safari and Come on iOS

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
