Disable project Cover for mobile

Hello,

I have an issue with the Project cover feature.
I use covers for projects (Options: Cover Options/ Use cover for all Projects is on, Paralax is on and Disable for Phone is on as well.) In Protest I set the first row with a Background image and activate use browser height for row height. -

But on my mobile they still show up.

Can I disable that somehow?

That is what I did. I click that option but its still showing in Safari and Come on iOS
