Gridder Spacing Issue

Hi - The spacing on the back end of my project looks fine, but when you see it live it's extremely spaced out.
I have not clicked 'use browser height for row height' and have also tried 'apply desktop gridder defaults', but neither works. Any ideas? I have attached screenshots of the backend and what the front end look like. Thank you in advance!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
