Slide in home page (very simple problem)

Hi,
Apologies in advance, as I'm guessing this is very simple and probably very obvious...
however I can't seem to find how exactly to make this style home page work:

http://www.florianrougeron.com/

I presumed it was something to do with the full-screen slider (?) but that doesn't seem to do it?

Dear @openair
no fullscreen-slider needed.

1. Cover feature which scrolls on click (that is an option in LayTheme)
2. Just rows with a height of the browser-height.
