Site Content Not Updating Without Emptying Cache

Is this happening to anyone else? Whenever I add a new project, it won't appear until I go to my develop mode in safari and clear my cache. Any solution to this?

what extra plugins do you use?
It is good in general to use an incognito window for development.

Same thing is happening to me, unless i clear my cache it will not update???
